Upgraded Ford Bronco 8112 DSA+ Package

After 2 months of development testing and tuning I am finally confident enough to release the full Ford Bronco DSA+ upgraded package!

We are not selling stock 8112 shocks for the Bronco package, these are completely gone through and fixed to address all the concerns customers have had about them:

• All shocks are swapped from the digressive piston to the linear style race piston using our custom valving profiles that focus on performance off-road and comfort on-road.
• Shocks are swapped from standard oil to high temperature synthetic race oil that is rated for double the operating temperature.
• When disassembling the rear shock we block off the 3 blind holes in the seal head so your shocks will not be full of air
• They are vacuum bled and painstakingly purged to ensure there is no air in the shock on assembly, this often takes 1-2 hours per shock package alone.
• These are pre-set at your desired lift height on arrival
• All the adjusters are preset to work perfectly with the valving profile we have developed

Bilstein B8 8112 (ZoneControl CR DSA+) is a direct fit, 3-way adjustable, 2.65-in body, position sensitive coilover shock designed for light trucks and SUV’s. ZoneControl CR DSA+ is a revolutionary technology delivering position sensitive damping plus user Dual Speed Adjustability. The system incorporates a triple piston design, offering 3 stages of compression valving and 2 stages of rebound valving. Click adjuster knobs allow easy and precise Dual Speed Adjustment of both low and high speed compression plus an adjustable JCO (internal hydraulic bump stop). The coilover module utilizes a threaded spring seat for ride height adjustability ranging from 0-3.3” (depending on position and application). Shocks for 2021+ Bronco also feature all aluminum construction with aerospace quality components and are supplied with an aluminum finned 60mm ID remote reservoir for increased cooling along with an accompanied, bolt-on anodized reservoir chassis mount.
